Restoration Prayer Altar Ministries Ltd — formerly known as Victory Prayer Altar — was born out of a divine call to prayer, revival, and restoration. Founded by Pastor Davis Wangoolo who gave his life to Christ in 2012, the ministry has grown from humble beginnings in Mbale, Uganda, into an internationally recognized ministry.
Anchored on two powerful scriptures — Luke 18:1 ("Men ought always to pray and not faint") and Joel 2:25 ("And I will restore to you the years the locust hath eaten") — RPA Ministries has consistently pursued its God-given mandate of prayer, evangelism, church planting, and community transformation.
Today, the ministry is officially incorporated under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB), with an active presence in Uganda, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Saudi Arabia — a testament to God's faithfulness and the ministry's unwavering commitment to the Great Commission.
